Each membership does have my own personal guarantee of time and consultation toward your membership objectives. It is this simple: Each membership, with the exception of the singular Volunteer Membership receives at least one hour of consultation per month.  During those times of tailoring a product and or service contract with you, there is no charge for the time and neither is there any hours deducted from your regular monthly consultation of one hour.
