and our website at https://iwon.pro, provided through Fourthwall (the “Service”). These
Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding contract between you and the Creator
governing your use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. By agreeing to these Terms, you
represent and warrant that your registration and use of the Service comply with all
applicable laws and regulations, and that you have not been previously suspended or
removed from the Service.
2. PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE SERVICE
iwon.pro is fundamentally designed as a contact platform rather than a passive content
consumption website. Our Service is structured to facilitate active engagement, allowing
members to enroll other members, schedule appointments, and order services intended
for personal and professional growth.
Through your membership, we connect, formulate plans, and execute collaborative
actions using tools such as Google Workspace and other integrated applications and
websites.
3. THE MEMBERSHIP JOURNEY AND SYSTEM OF MANIFESTATION (S.O.M.)
Every membership tier serves as a unique entry point for your participation. Regardless
of your initial level, all members commence their journey at step one of the proprietary
System of Manifestation (S.O.M.).
° Members progress through a structured curriculum comprising seven distinct levels of
mastery.
° The S.O.M. is designed to help individuals achieve holistic success by aligning their
mental, astral, and physical bodies to produce measurable, positive physical effects.
4. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS AND REVIEW PROCESS
All applications for membership on iwon.pro are subject to a formal review and vetting
process.

Review Period: It may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of submission for your
membership application to be fully reviewed and accepted.
Refunds on Denial: iwon.pro reserves the right to accept or deny any application. If
your application is denied, the exact membership cost paid at the time of submission will
be fully refunded to your original payment method.
5. GUARANTEED SUCCESS PROMISE AND CENTRAL GROWTH INTERIM (CGI)
° Upon the successful completion of the S.O.M., our Guaranteed Success promise is
activated.
The Invitation: Graduates receive an exclusive invitation to become a member of the
Central Growth Interim (CGI).
Round Table Seat: Upon acceptance into CGI, you are granted status as a Seat Owner
of a Round Table.
Investment Application: All monies previously spent on iwon.pro memberships, services,
and products are credited and applied directly toward the purchase of your Round Table
Seat.
CGI Participation: Within CGI, you are empowered to direct your own optimization
business and actively participate, contribute, and earn through a variety of available
avenues. These roles include acting as a Mentor, Trustee, Investor, Partner, Influencer,
or Sponsor.
6. SERVICE CONTRACTS AND GUARANTEED PRIVATE TIME
For members requiring intensive, hands-on guidance, iwon.pro offers specialized
service contracts.
Qualifying Contracts: Any service customer who maintains an active service contract
with me comprising five (5) or more hours per calendar month is entitled to an exclusive
benefit.
Private Time Allocation: Qualifying contracts guarantee the member one (1) hour of
private, dedicated time with (Esuah Arbadon) per month.
° This monthly consultation provides personal attention and guidance to assist members
in achieving their defined objectives.
7. PURCHASES, BILLING, AND RETURNS
Memberships and Recurring Billing: Memberships may include automatically recurring
payments. Your account will be charged automatically on your Membership Billing Date until you choose to cancel.

Returns: We accept returns exclusively for defective Products if the return is made
within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-
defective Products.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
° By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, which
includes, but is not limited to:
° Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or
international law.
° Interfering with security-related features of the Service or attempting to reverse
engineer any portion of the platform.
° Interfering with the operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment, including by
uploading malicious code or collecting personal information without consent.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New
Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted lawsuits or court
proceedings shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located within Hillsborough
County, New Hampshire.

Creator Service Overview. We offer a website where you can purchase merchandise that we make available for sale, including digital products and  memberships (“Memberships”and, collectively with all other merchandise, "Products").

1. Modification of these Terms. We reserve the right to change these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time. any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access the Service and these Terms automatically terminate. In addition, Creator or Fourthwall may, at either of their sole discretion, terminate these Terms or your account on the Service, or suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by contacting customer service at contact@support.iwon.pro.
2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of these Terms: (a) your license rights will terminate and you must immediately cease all use of the Service; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access your account or theService; (c) you must pay Creator any unpaid amount that was due prior to termination; and (d) all payment obligations accrued prior to termination and Sections 5.3, 6, 9.3, 10, 11, 12, and 13 will survive.
3. Modification of the Service. Creator reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Service), temporarily or permanently, without notice to you. Creator will have no liability for any change to the Service or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Service.
4. Indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service, and you will defend and indemnify Creator and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents and Fourthwall (together,the “Creator Entities”) from and against every claim brought by a third party, and any related liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or connected with: (a) your unauthorized use of, or misuse of, the Service; (b) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (d) any dispute or issue between you and any third party. Creator DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING: (A) ANY IMPLIEDNO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE SERVICE OR Creator ENTITIES OR ANY MATERIALS OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING ANY OF THE Creator ENTITIES OR THE SERVICE THAT IS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.    2. Governing Law.These Terms of Fourthwall provisions, products and service executions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Creator submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California for resolution of any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted under these Terms.
   3. Privacy Policy. Please read the Creator Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use,storage, disclosure of your personal information. The Creator Privacy Policy is incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these Terms.
   4. Additional Terms.Your use of the Service is subject to all additional terms, policies, rules, or guidelines applicable to the Service or certain features of the Service that we may post on or link to from the Service (the “Additional Terms”). All Additional Terms are incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these Terms.
   5. Consent to Electronic Communications.By using the Service, you consent to receiving certain electronic communications from us as further described in our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about our electronic communications practices. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that those communications be in writing.

We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside of the United States. Access to the Service from countries or territories or by individuals where such access is illegal is prohibited.
